Her background spans strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and finance at Goldman Sachs. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Business School.

Brad is the co-founder who carries out Maelove's bold vision and makes it our mission to deliver high-performance skincare at accessible prices. He is the driving force behind every Maelove product and ensures every formulation is both highly effective and gentle on sensitive skin. Brad spent years in cosmetic development and the pharmaceutical industry. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and the Wharton School of Business.

Dr. Sunbin, a neuroscientist, brings invaluable scientific rigor to our team and products. At Maelove, she leads clinical studies and helps us create skincare backed by hard science. Before Maelove, Sunbin led research initiatives at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and in the pharmaceutical industry. She is an alumna of MIT and Georgetown University.

Doug makes sure Maelove runs like a well-oiled machine. He designs the operations strategy and leads the teams that fulfill orders, manage inventory, and ship packages. Doug has spent his operational skill at Amazon, and particularly at early stage startups. At Maelove, he is focused on creating great products for you to enjoy. He is a graduate of MIT and Tulane University.

Rishi builds and maintains the technological backbone that powers every Maelove experience. He works across our technology stack to ensure it is secure, scalable, and reliable. His decisions, from websites to emails to logistics systems, help make Maelove customers and team members happy every day. Before Maelove, Rishi led product teams at Google and other technology companies. He is an alumnus of MIT and UC Berkeley.

Rob champions a simple but powerful idea at Maelove: our customers' trust is our most valuable asset. He leads our customer happiness team and believes that every decision, because we believe it is the best way to create lifelong customers and brand advocates. Rob and the team are committed to customer-focused brands like Amazon, Shopify, Nordstrom, and Third Man Records.

Gongsoo (means 'princess' in Korean), our resident mascot, is the furry moral compass of Maelove. She makes sure we stop for pets and belly rubs every day, and we believe it is very important to remain as snuggly and happy as she is, no matter how pressing our deadlines are.
